Desiccant questions and product selection answers
Find practical answers about silica gel, chloride absorbers, container desiccants, clay desiccants, flower drying crystals, samples, OEM packaging and documentation.
Loose beads for refillable drying systems
Silica Gel Beads
Can you supply both indicating and non-indicating beads?
Yes. White, blue indicating, orange indicating and mixed bead blends can be supplied by bead size and package weight.
Are the beads reusable?
Silica gel beads can be regenerated under controlled heating. We provide guidance according to the bead type and intended use.
Can I order private-label bottles or drums?
Yes. Bulk bags, bottles, drums, cartons and buyer labels are available for OEM orders.
Finished sachets for product packaging
Silica Gel Packets
Can the packet artwork be customized?
Yes. We support custom logo, warning text, language, size, gram weight, inner bag and carton labels.
Which bag material should I choose?
Paper works well for clean small packs; non-woven is stronger for larger gram weights; strip rolls suit automated lines.
Do you provide samples?
Samples can be prepared for common gram weights and packaging materials before bulk production.
High-capacity moisture absorption
Calcium Chloride Desiccants
When should I choose calcium chloride instead of silica gel?
Choose calcium chloride when the space is larger, humidity is high or the transit route is long enough to require much higher capacity.
Can the bag leak?
The product is designed with retention layers and barrier packaging. Placement and unit count should still follow the cargo plan.
Can you calculate quantity per shipment?
Yes. Share carton size, cargo type, route, transit time and humidity risk, and we will recommend a loading plan.
Balanced absorber for storage and cartons
Magnesium Chloride Desiccants
Where is magnesium chloride most useful?
It is useful in storage packs, cartons and enclosed consumer-goods packaging that needs more capacity than small sachets.
Can it be supplied as a hanging product?
Yes. Pouch, strip and hanging formats can be specified by size, weight and packing method.
Do you support retail packs?
Retail-ready pouches, printed bags and private-label cartons are available for qualified OEM orders.
Cargo protection for ocean freight
Container Desiccants
How many container desiccants do I need?
Quantity depends on container size, cargo, route, humidity, voyage length and packaging. We calculate a recommendation from those details.
Where should the bags be placed?
Most hanging formats are placed along side walls or lashing points. Placement is adjusted so the product does not touch cargo directly.
Can you support loading instructions?
Yes. We provide a simple loading plan for container size, route and cargo type.
Natural clay for economical moisture control
Montmorillonite Desiccants
Why choose montmorillonite?
It offers natural, economical moisture adsorption for high-volume packaging where ultra-low humidity is not required.
Can the bag be printed?
Yes. Warning text, buyer logo, language and carton labels can be customized.
What is the common use case?
Apparel, footwear, bags, furniture, hardware and general export cartons are common applications.
Cost-effective clay desiccant options
Mineral Clay Desiccants
Is mineral clay a lower-cost option?
Yes. Mineral clay is commonly used where buyers need reliable general drying with controlled unit cost.
Can I order both small packets and bulk clay?
Yes. Finished packets, larger bags and bulk granules are available depending on the project.
What documents can be provided?
COA, product specification, safety documents and packing details can be provided with the order.
Clear crystals for preserving flowers
Flower Drying Desiccants
Can this be sold as a retail product?
Yes. We can support private-label pails, jars, cartons, barcode labels and sample confirmation.
Can the crystals be reused?
The crystals can be regenerated under controlled heating. We provide handling guidance for each format.
What particle size should I choose?
Fine crystals suit delicate petals; larger crystals are easier to handle in bulk. We match the grade to your use case.
